For returns: 

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within 7 days of delivery 

We do not accept any returns on silicone items for hygiene purposes. 

We accept returns on other items excluding silicone items. 

We do accept return, if you contact us within 3 days of your items delivery. After 3 days, there are no returns. Our company will do a return (10% restocking fee). Shipping fees are your responsibility and will not be refunded. Returns will be processed minus 10% restocking fee and shipping fee within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product in the original condition as when we shipped to you. Lost or damaged packages, you need to be filed with the USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance for the package, contact us.
